Downloading updates

Steam users can update the application using the Steam client. For users that purchased Lightcube on, use the Lightcube product page on to download the updated product installer.

Please include as much information as possible including:

  • The version of Lightcube you are using
  • The version of Windows you are using
  • A description of what you were busy doing when the issue occurred.
  • If you can, please attach any relevant files to the email. Files received for customer support issues are never shared with anyone.

Troubleshooting tips:

  • If you are having trouble running the application, please download and run the Visual C++ 2015-2022 runtime using this link
  • If you find you cannot draw pixels, check that the layer you are trying to draw on is not locked or has visiliby disabled, and check that you are not drawing outside of an active selection area.
